Chatty Cathy came out in 1960 and has the distinct advantage that, with the exception of shoes, her clothing is mostly interchangable with AGs and AG clones/wannabes. I actually prefer the styles associated with Chatty Cathy, although I do not like hard plastic dolls, so Chatty Cathy styles on softbody vinyl playdolls is perfect...
